About Hotel Accommodations
TCU will arrange hotel lodging for participants upon application. One night is free of charge (companion lodging is not included). If rooms are full, accommodation may not be available. Please apply at least 5 days in advance.  Accomodation Application Form

Notes on transportation and accommodation subsidies
Subsidies for transportation and lodging are available for those under 30 years of age who attend church regularly at the time of application. Please be sure to indicate the name of the church you attend if you wish to apply for assistance.

However, an English-speaking student staff member will be available to assist with translation, give campus tours, and support English-speaking visitors. Admission office staff will also be available to meet and answer questions. Additionally, a mock class in English will be offered on all event days.
