Lodging will be provided in nearby hotels. One night of lodging is free of charge for Open Campus participants. If the rooms are full, accommodation may not be available. Please apply for lodging at least 5 days in advance.

One room (up to 2 people) is free of charge. If your companion stays in a separate room, a fee will apply. (Please arrange accommodation for your companion if needed.)

Hotel arrival time (just outside Chiba NT Chuo Station)

Please answer between 14:00 and 21:00. If you will arrive at any other time, please indicate in the remarks column.

Will you use the parking lot?

If you wish to use the parking lot, please use the parking lot affiliated with the hotel. *500 yen per night.
